Very Professional work was extremely well done
Totally exceeded my expectations! Usually one might cringe when dropping off a vehicle to a shop because it typically ends up in a long list of 'work' that needs to be done (unnecessary work). In my case, this shop was completely transparent and honest in that they told me only what was necessary. This saved me hundreds of dollars and the service was great. Spring pak on a 2012 GM. Their quote on springs was good. They ordered the wrong springs, waited all day for new ones then the expected price I thought I’d be paying after talking with them before I dropped the truck off ended up being almost $800 more. I got the explanation of how his mechanics are 3rd and 4th year journeyman and that nuts and bolts had to be replaced. City spring is where I should have went. I can say never again to Truck zone.
