NOW THAT WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO PICKUP OUR TRUCK AFTER 15 DAYS OF WAITING FOR THE GASKET REPLACEMENT TO BE DONE CORRECTLY AND ARRIVING BACK TO THE SHOP LATE YESTERDAY, I WANT IT DULY NOTED THAT YOU NEVER PUT OIL BACK INTO THE ENGINE !!!!!!! It had less that 1 quart when it requires 15 quarts. Truck World was fully aware that oil poured out of the engine on route and all over over the shop driveway on Friday, June 12th and was brought back to you as the repair was not done correctly, even after 2 weeks of working on it. ... read more

ALL TRUCK WORLD, SERGIYO THE MANAGER AND THE HALF WIT MECHANICS CAN DO IS LIE, OVERCHARGE AND CREATE MORE PROBLEMS TO YOUR EQUIPTMENT THAN ONE COULD EVEN IMAGINE. 15 DAYS TO DO A 1 DAY JOB. REPLACED A GASKET AND LEFT THE OIL EMPTY AND NOW 16 CODES THAT WERE NEVER EVER THERE BEFORE BUT THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR INCOMPETANCE! Avoid this place like the plague, charges double, work had to be redone elsewhere.
