Very disappointing experience. We received an estimate for a road call and the actual cost ended up being nearly double the quoted amount. This included additional charges for the mechanic to return to their shop to retrieve a part that should have been brought initially. Communication was also concerning — the representatives were dismissive and made comments about having other road calls to attend, implying that our business was not important to them.
