This is the worst company don’t waste your time even trying to call them, the customer service was horrible and the person seemed like they did not even want to work there tonight, I have been waiting almost 2 1/2 hours now and I have been constantly calling and I keep getting voicemail, and I was told that it was supposed to be a 30 minute wait wouldn’t you think to answer the phone if you were supposed to be delivering a towing truck to someone and they do not even ask me for my information but my phone number how do you k... read more
Let me just say I have never experienced such good customer service before. Terry and Emerson went above and beyond and I can not thank them enough. They had so much patience with me. They did not give up till the job was done and for that I am forever grateful. Truly angels, thank you again. I recommend them to anyone, amazing human beings you can trust.

Little bit ok not that bad
This by far is the best service ever!! I was stranded today in the cold. I had a flat tire. I called so many other towing service they all gave me estimate of 45 minutes. I called TJ Towing they came within 15min. They were professional and speedy. I recommend there services they were amazing. I got home fast !!!
