HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, went back 3 times to get my paint re done on my BMW 328i re done because it peeled every single time. And is now expecting me to come back a 4th time to get it “re done”. I have refused and am requesting HALF of the payment I gave to them and they are saying that it says warranty so I would lose in court to fight for my money but obviously this isn’t the case and will be seeing the owner in court here shortly for scamming me of $2000. Absolute horrific experience. Brother had went to this body shop to get his BMW 328i fixed. Had to go back THREE times due to the cheapest paint available being used. Every time was told lies about new paint being used. Now while attempting to be reimbursed for the paint job to get it PROFESSIONALLY done. He had told him he can bring it in to get it REDONE A FOURTH TIME. This body shop is the definition of a scam with offers to be scammed some more.
