I wouldn't even bother granting them a single star after the absolute nightmare I went through! Regret doesn't even begin to cover it—I should've stuck with my gut and gone to the dealership. I could've saved a substantial 35%! But no, I ended up being cheated with inflated parts and labor charges! And as if that wasn't enough, they had the nerve to charge me for 'driving and picking up parts as there labor rate while already doing there mark up for parts.' They put the wrong tire on my truck, didn't rotate them after I paid them to do so and then didn't refund me after I asked for one. I also had them install a new fuel sump, turbo, glow plugs and injectors. Overall I spent over $10k with them. They had the truck for seven weeks and when I got it back it was leaking fuel all over my driveway. Wires weren't put back right and neither was the drive side wheel well. I made the mistake of choosing to this company when my trucks engine blew. I went there with the purpose of purchasing a new engine, in which I did from Eric. Eric told me he was selling me a brand-new engine for $12,000 with 5yr warranty or 100k miles whichever comes first. This said warranty was just a label on the engine and that I did not need to call to put the warranty in my name but in fact said he would do it on my behalf.
