HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !!!!! I am reviewing our recent horrible experience with Cruise America. We are 3 older men who have rented almost once a year with Cruise America. We recently rented from the Franklin Park Il location and had truly the worst experience ever. When we arrived for pick up appointment they made us wait outside for an hour in the sun till they dealt with a retail customer who arrived after us.
