Customer service is horrible the owner is horrible the company is horrible over charge me $9,300 for a transmission then broke something and had me get the truck towed back had me pay for it and then charge me $500 to fix please do not take your truck here you will be disappointed called Hattiesburg police cuz they were trying to keep my truck after I paid them $9,300 Hattiesburg police was no help so now I have to sue them
I have a fleet of about 70 trucks so I have dealt with lot of OTR service location but never seen marks-ups on parts of 200%. I guess it’s true when they say you learn something new every day. I know shops mark-up on parts but be reasonable that’s all I can ask for. When this was questioned, I was told, “that is our price” AKA we are stuck so they are taking advantage of the situation.
