We were overcharged both in mileage and fuel. This is the second time this happened at this location. We unfortunately didn't take good return photos so we couldnt prove the error. When we called to rectify the situation. We were treated as if we were lying and they didn't have time for our problem/concern which made us upset even more and escalated.
