Excellent staff and service prices are good not a rip off like the Ford dealer
I had a similar situation too Chris Ferrara luckily it was an inexpensive part replacement. Got a my second PM done here last week. The first time was way better than the second. Shop rates here have drove the price super high compared to what I paid in Oct 2017 Also during my pre-trip few days after the PM I had noticed both fuel and oil filters loose!!!!!! I'm based out of Orlando and one of our trucks broke down in Tampa. Breaking down away from home base is always an issue, especially with a diesel truck. Paul with Truck PM Plus was excellent with managing getting my vehicle repaired. We own a fleet of truck that services Florida and Alabama and it's always hard to find a dependable resource to fix our trucks. We recommend them 100%.
These guys give you a quote for a fixed amount for repairs and then when you go to pay they charge you for any additional work without letting you know first. Then they hold your truck hostage until you pay the non-proposed amount. I feel as though this was unfair and that I had no opportunity to give them permission or review what they want to do.
