Been a godsend for me. I've used them quite a bit this last month (December) down in FL. I got stuck and needed a tow out. Left it in the review for the location and I got a call from customer service that very night. They were very apologetic and were able to give me a full refund for the nights I booked. Plus all the promo codes I find on Facebook really come in handy!
