Nice guy answering the phone. Did not try to sell services but gave honest advise.
Gave advice on the problem over the phone without trying to convert it into a road call.
one star for showing up and for the guy who answere calls but zero stars for the tech who showed up with cheap computer which he could not even retreat data but charged $600 for 3 hrs he struggled with his tiny computer ,i had to call other shop who sent me a professional (48four25two39six3) with high grade computer, fixed the derated truck due to def problems , so do not waste your money on these guys if you have def codes
YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT READ THIS 1ST. I paid TRUCK PARAMEDICS (Ronnie Sr.) $4,500 to swap a reefer unit onto a trailer which he convinced me to buy. He told me he'd perform the reefer unit swap and bring ifhe trailer up to DOT standards. After consistently dodging my calls and texts and not calling me back, I was finally notified that my reefer unit, which had been previously tested by RONNIE Sr.. and worked just fine, was now completely broken and unsalvageable.
