Buyer beware, folks! The staff and owners seem to be winging it without a playbook, and their product knowledge is a bit of a joke. They're clueless about when new stuff is arriving, and they don't bother following up with customers about their orders. All in all, it's a professionalism fail!. Furthermore there's a lack of transparency regarding refund policies.

Deserve less than 1 star review. Paid for and ordered car Matt's, said they said it will be 4-6 weeks. After waiting 7 weeks they said they don't know when they will be available and refused to give our money back. Taking to small claims Court. Since ordering these cat Matt's I heard many negative things about the truck outfitter. There are other reputable places in Prince Albert and it's my recommendation to do business elsewhere.

I had an appointment to install a car starter, and let me just say—this place is a joke. I was quoted one price when I first went in, then called a couple days before the appointment to double check, only to be hit with a price that had doubled in that short time. When I called to cancel, the staff had the nerve to just hang up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I wouldn't trust them to install a paperclip, let alone something important in my car.
