I had an insurance claim and progressive directed me to this shop. It started with no responses or communication. Owner was the only one able to assess my situation, he was constantly out of town for weeks. I could not get an appointment to review with him. I had to go back to the insurance company to get them to have the owner call me. I set an appointment with the owner to meet. He was not there at the agreed upon time.
