It took 10 hours just to unload a dry load. Lady security guard made a mistake for my no. Which has wasted my 7 hrs. Another shift guy noted for wrong number. And also after done with my lumper payment it took them 2 hours to change the light to green. Untrained staff. Mismanagement at its peak. I hope the management will take action.

My appointment was 11 am in the morning and I arrived here 09:30 guard shack told me wait I’ll call you and he call me at 11:30 than I got my dock I got uloaded at 02:30 than they gave me paperwork at 05.00 pm. Very bad experience with them
