Truck Country in Oak Creek Wi off Ryan rd is the worse place to take your truck. I took my truck for a DOT inspection and they said it pass the inspection but there were some issues. found with some minor oil leaks and a driver's side inner front drive tire with a side wall damaged showing wires. the tire needed to be replaced. I told them ok do the work. it took them about 2 weeks to fix the oil leaks by replacing an oil pan gasket and an injector gasket. I was like "ok" then went to pick the truck and i review the charges.... read more

Truck Country in Oak Creek Wi off Ryan rd is the worse place to take your truck. They scam you for all you have. They just throw parts at your truck and hope one fixes the issue and they make pay for them because they’ve been installed. I took my truck there for an electrical short do to corrosion in my terminals and they didn’t even bother looking for corrosion they just started to put anything electrical that could be the issue when I told them it was a wire or terminal. I needed a jump start after my truck batteries were drained. Truck Country, Marinette WI. was about 30 minutes away and charged $389.71 for a jump. I did complain and they reduced the charge to $365.45. I could have purchased five (5) batteries for less. (My truck only uses two). This occurrence may be partially my fault as I never thought an honest company would charge so much for so little effort and I regret not demanding a price quote before asking for assistance.
