Working with Matt Kluesner and the team at Truck Country has been a great experience. Matt made sure we got the right fit on our truck and trailer purchase and connected us with Kevin to get the best financing for our needs. What keeps us coming back is the service side. Derek Malget and his team are just as reliable after the sale as they are before it. It feels like a real partnership, not just a transaction.
Good customer service
Worst company to deal with noone knows witch way is up. Brought truck down for warranty work had truck for over a month. Went to pick truck up still had an air leak they said the part they used was defective and needed to bring back. When we brought back they charged my driver 150.00 cause the scanner didnt show anything. It was down there to fix a problume they already covered under warranty.
