Well, the facility is nice but the people need a lot of work. Showed up on Wednesday around noon, checked in with Cole. Told us probably couldn’t get it in the shop today but would get it in tomorrow! I was okay with that. Called Thursday morning was told there were 6 trucks still in front of me so it wouldn’t be till the afternoon.. okay! Called back at 1400 was told couldn’t get it in, it would be Friday.. okay! This is one off the slowest service center for truck to get work done. Towed my truck on Monday January 27th. They did not look at the truck until Jan 29th. After checking they said you need new differential I said okey. They order the parts on the 29th. Parts came In 4th. Today is 7th. Truck is still not done. I had an air leak and alignment that needs to be done. They did not touch the truck that many days. They could have done alignment and air leaks. End of they i am told. They made a mistake. Managers are very lazy, they need to be persuaded to do something.
This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. Came in to fix the driver window that wouldn't roll up. It took them over 24hrs to figure out how to do that. Then they found a leak in the DEF and said we needed a new tank. Told us it would come in the next day, and they would get it fixed right away. We called, and they told us it was in, but they had trucks in front of us( mind you, we have been here 3 days already), and it might be Monday. We are under a load(yes, they know). Work performed satisfactory. The wait time to get to the job started was excessive. I dropped the truck off on Wednesday, and I was told they would start on it on Thursday morning. The truck wasn't even touched until Saturday.
