Great Experience. Newmar Motorhome. Check engine light came on. Jamie got me right in. Aaron figured out the issue quickly. Worked with Spartan to get parts overnight. Total job under warranty. Overnight at their "pond" with 50amp electric. Out the next day by 3pm. Excellent
Rich and DAWN went above and beyond to help me with my tow truck. They addressed my concerns and the facilities are extremely clean with hot dogs and food and clean washrooms thank you freightliner staff.
Telling everyone right now Mike is a wizard with transmissions!! Under 3 hours for him to diagnose and replace the clutch actuator in my Cascadia with a DT 12 transmission. Their parts department is also top notch. Very rarely do they not have a part in stock that I need.
