Shame on me for returning for service this year. Last year, they didn't complete the work properly and a hose was hanging down..this year, they couldn't even put a hubcap on correctly and ripped some trim off my RV AND then tried to charge me an additional $180 for shop supplies...to top it off, the Director of Maint found nothing wrong with any of this...so beware
