This company will screw you !! Don't buy used from them, they buy there junk trucks at auctions then hide the problems and sell them to you. I am out $ 10,000 in repairs in 2 months of owning it and now head gasket went out. They did say they could take it in on trade $ 15,000 less then I paid 60 days ago if I bought a new truck from them. Yeah ok so I would lose a total of $ 25,000 in 60 days.. You people are thief's
parts department, tire store, and alignment shop are good. service shop is horrible. down time is atrocious, a two day job takes eight to ten days. and their failures are always somehow your fault. i tryed their liberal shop too, not much better. made appointment monday morning, called to verify wednesday afternoon, dropped truck off wednesday evening for early AM thursday appointment. still sitting untouched thursday evening. my patience had left me, i cancelled the repair work. i did not have the luxury of another week to ... read more
