When it comes to parts, Jake and Jeff are two of the best. When it comes to anything else at TCC-Faribault, it’s most likely going to be a headache. They don’t even keep their word to their own employees. Which is why there’s always a revolving door. Looks like they’re once again looking for a service manager.. .as well as many other roles. Place lacks maturity, integrity, and true leadership. They’re big on titles. And putting unqualified people in those roles to save money. I’d buy parts here, and that’s it. First time leaving a negative review. But it is what it is. Parts department is as good as it gets, very knowledgeable. Jake and Jeff are top notch people and will get you what you need. As for anything other than buying parts from Truck Center Companies, avoid the headache now or you’ll regret it later. Looks like they’re looking for their 3rd service manager in less than a year.
