From the first call Austin was awesome. He and Christina both work hard to make sure their customer is taken care of. No appointment just get your truck towed hear and we'll take care of the rest.
My wife and I live & travel full-time in a motorhome on a Freightliner chassis. Our rig is 22 years old and in excellent shape. After crossing into Minnesota, the engine intermittently started loosing power. Fortunately,We were able to make it to our campground. On Wed, I stopped by to talk to the service dept. They told me to be there first thing in the morning and work us in where they could. They had us in right away. Our RV engine light came on and luckily we were close to the Fairmont exit. We we glad to see a Freightliner building and pulled in. We explained we were traveling through and Dustin Gahler was wonderful and said he'd take care of us. His tech, Dan Gregory got right on it. We were pleased with how fast they expedited everything so we could get back on the road for our vacation. Thank you guys for such great service.
