Me along with my other friends took membership of TRUCK ASSIST. When needed there was no response to phone calls. Got stuck for an hour. Called FIX MY TRUCK, got instant response & service. Service provided by FIX MY TRUCK was more than efficient. TRUCK ASSIST is waste of money.

I used them twice, first time flat battery, no problem, second time is when I discovered how useless they are, I stopped to fill up, when restarted there was a big noise, like loose belt, so as I didn't have tools I called them, and because of Friday afternoon they had trouble finding someone attending, but after about 15 min they had Hallam truck's online, who explained that their callout fee is $1000 +hourly rate,+parts.
