I recently ordered a new debit card to be delivered to me by mail, I was told this would take 7-10 days. I let 3 weeks go by before deciding to contact them again, I felt as though that was enough time to also give some leeway as I'm aware things get delayed. Upon doing so the woman who I was communicating with *respectfully* may I add made me feel as though it was not her problem and that it was probably lost in the mail. Atm not working
My wife and I have been with TruChoice for over five years now. Every interaction with them has been very professional and courteous. We will never go back to a regular bank and will not be leaving TruChoice. The rates they pay for using their checking account and debit card far surpass with any bank offers. It is a great credit union and I highly recommended
