Highly recommend lab work here, especially for kids!! My daughter had a bad experience a month ago at Med Arts Lab and today TruChoice turned her view of lab work around. All the staff were very friendly and extremely gentle. They used butterfly needles. This was not the case at previous location. She drew blood first try and had success. My daughter was so relieved she has no bruise unlike the large one from the previous lab. She said it didn’t hurt at all. No one needed to hold her down and everything went smoothly. Had my blood work done the other day. I ALWAYS bruise after. Not this time! Danni is truly the best "vampire" and I will GLADLY have her draw my blood again!
Best experience I’ve ever had having blood drawn! All the staff was very professional, yet friendly and personable. I Didn’t have to park a mile away and navigate thru a huge building to get to where I was going! They took me right in and before I knew it I was bandaged up and out the door. This is my new place for all my diagnostic needs!
Never a problem. Staff is super nice. Phlebotomist does a GREAT job. I've been there 4 times and have nothing negative to say
