They put you through an initial intake process which is positive. I wanted a quick end to my divorce and was happy to compromise to make it happen. Our goals seemed to align. Unfortunately, this firm provided poor council during the first phone call with the attorney. Luckily this did not lead to a financial move that would have put me in violation of a court order.
