Alyssa was great. She pushed me when it was appropriate but was also sensitive to when I needed to back off from exercises. She was creative & articulate, so I always understood hat the exercises were supposed to achieve.

From the moment I walked in, Rebecca at the front desk made everything so smooth—she’s warm, welcoming, and keeps everything organized with such ease. My battery died on the morning of my physical therapy appt. I called the office right away to let them know that I couldn't make it to my appt as a result. But they charged me $50 anyway. And now I am receiving collection notices from its parent company for non-payment. This is no way to do business. Stay away!
Brian demonstrated exceptional skills in various aspects. His expertise was evident in the exercises, strengthening techniques, and therapeutic massages he performed on my back.I recommend him or the practice to anyone. He is well educated on the spine and back and the practice here at excel therapy feels like a second family. My case ended today, but I am looking foward to coming back in October
If you are in need of PT, and expertise, empathy and an amazing level of professionalism, Excel Ramsey should be the place you choose. I've had several issues over the past year or so, including knee replacement. Alyssa has been my guardian angel in returning to normalcy. She and Debby are patient, understanding and firm.
