We had a terrible experience with Dr. Mehrshad Mohajer. My wife had an injured toenail and we brought her here for treatment. Shockingly, the doctor seemed completely unprepared and uninformed. He didn’t even bother to give her a tetanus shot, nor did he properly clean or dress the wound. The entire treatment was careless and rushed. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Mohajer. In my opinion, he seemed to carry personal frustrations that affected his judgment and led to a less compassionate approach during my visit. However, I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the pharmacy staff, as well as the helpfulness of the receptionist. While the clinic overall had some positive aspects, I personally would not recommend Dr. Mohajer based on my experience.
I called this clinic hoping to ask a simple question, but I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude tone I received from the receptionist. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to clients in such a disrespectful way especially in a medical environment where patients expect care, not attitude. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can’t imagine what the experience would be like in person.
