I only gave this company one star because I had to. From the beginning it has been nothing but a headache with this company. Keystone Mercy approved this company to be in charge of my child's care on December 8th. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks. They hadn't actually reached out to me until on her about the 22nd or 23rd of December so all of those days I wasn't getting paid.
