Friendly staff, but overall, a frustrating experience as a new patient. I was unable to be seen at my first appointment because the clinic was not listed as my primary care provider on my insurance plan, something I was never informed I needed to update when scheduling. I have been going to this clinic for 20+ years and the quality has really gone downhill. Every time I call I get placed on hold for 10+ minutes, the doctors are always 30+ minutes behind in their appointments. They need to either hire more doctors or pay the nurses better / hire more nurses to help with the workload.

Totally love the doctor that I have here at this facility.However, the front office needs to be more on the money and better communication.Especially when scheduling appointments and then calling you to go ahead and reschedule them when you've already set your day. I had an appointment the other day showed up 15 minutes early and still was in the waiting room for another 40 minutes before I was able to be taken back.This is definitely a front office deal

Very poor front office staff. Was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes. Called back the same thing. Never got a call back for my message I left behind. When I do go in I had to wait for the individual to get off the personal phone to be helped. But I must admit they are quick to collect there copay. So that's what I pay for.

I absolutely love our doctor here. My biggest issue is that they don't accommodate for disability. My mother struggles to get out of the house due to debilitating chronic pain and sometimes shows up 10-15 mins late and they will mark her as no show and turn her away. The biggest issue is that even if we are on time we still wait 30-45 minutes. They tell us to call if we have problems and they still turn her away.This office has caused us alot of stress and alot of pain. 2 stars because she can't even get to see her doctor.
