Very poor front office staff. Was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes. Called back the same thing. Never got a call back for my message I left behind. When I do go in I had to wait for the individual to get off the personal phone to be helped. But I must admit they are quick to collect there copay. So that's what I pay for.
I absolutely love our doctor here. My biggest issue is that they don't accommodate for disability. My mother struggles to get out of the house due to debilitating chronic pain and sometimes shows up 10-15 mins late and they will mark her as no show and turn her away. The biggest issue is that even if we are on time we still wait 30-45 minutes. They tell us to call if we have problems and they still turn her away.This office has caused us alot of stress and alot of pain. 2 stars because she can't even get to see her doctor.
Very friendly staff and Dr. Bree is very helpful and takes her time with you. I am very grateful my wife made me come her as I was not happy with my last Dr. office.
I've been coming to this practice for 6 years. I highly recommend it. The whole team is extremely friendly and welcoming while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Bree is amazing, making even the most unpleasant procedures (well women visit) a breeze.
I love this office! Our family has a lot of health problems and this place has been a lifesaver! We see Donna, and I love her because she’s always curious, never condescending (I’m quite overweight), always kind, and never gives up. The whole office uses a mix of wholistic and modern medicine - they aren’t afraid of either. We have some mystery issues, and Donna is chasing down answers for us tirelessly.
