Dismissive and rude. Very bad bedside manner. I would not recommend her as a PCP.
I recently switched health plan to MGH-Brigham and was assigned Dr Phan as my PCP since my last PCP retired; the one criteria was she was within walking distance in Back Bay. After reading these reviews, I had some initial concerns but thankfully, my fear was put to rest after my first visit yesterday (4/02/25). Some of the criticism might have had to do with Dr. Phan's interaction and social skill than her ability as a physician (more important to me).
