From the first consultation on our lot to the final walk through, Sam and his crew delivered the build of our new home with care. His cost breakdown proposal was very detailed. Everything was handled with the intention of making our vision come to fruition. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the building process, continually updating us every step of way. Tru Build is excellent!!! They just finished creating a beautiful screened in porch, hardwood floors, an office and a walk in closet for us. Sam Hostetler is a very considerate, organized and creative contractor. He brought in top notch sub contractors who all did excellent work. The project was right on schedule. Sam does not promise things that he can't deliver. He knows all phases of the building trade and has a great network of sub contractors.. I would give Tru Build 10 stars if it was possible. After months of searching we found our dream property so when it came time for our family to build our barndo we wanted, we not only wanted someone of good character, we wanted quality construction and someone who saw our vision. I had spent hours and hours drawing up a plan on graph paper and Sam and his crew with TruBuild made it come to life. Sam was open to listening and offering his ideas when I asked.
