We had such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, my puppy Joy felt completely comfortable during her visit. Instead of being nervous or afraid, she was actually excited to be there and happy to see everyone!

Dr. Cito and the entire staff are so caring, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else! I have a German Shepherd and Bunny, both are family, so I’m very particular about their care. I’ve always had positive experiences at TruBOND. The treatment spaces are welcoming and spotless. The Vet Techs, Carter and Ambrose are amazing! The front desk personnel go out of their way to assure all is well.
I’ve been a customer of TruBond since they opened - with two senior dogs and two chinchillas. I’ve seen every vet in the office and they are all wonderful, caring and empathetic. My dogs are always excited to see the techs, I think because they get so much love in the back from everyone. The front desk is easy to communicate with, not to mention the pets and the treats that guarantee 5-star reviews from my whole zoo.
