10/10 I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dietrich and the care he and staff provided for my cat, Gabe. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly by his staff and felt heard when addressing my concerns. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable with the plan, and treated Gabe with so much kindness and compassion. The entire staff at TruBond cares for our dog like she is their own. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and have the best care plans and state of the art treatments. We are so thankful our Gracie has such wonderful vets and techs taking care of her. The entire team including front desk is nothing but warm and welcoming. If you are looking for the best vet clinic. Five-star all the way for the service, the care, and the staff. Fantastic team members, who are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Makes me feel like we are taken care of by a group of family members rather than strangers in green or black scrubs every time we visit. This was apparent when one of my dogs, Fonzie, died in his sleep. We absolutely love truBOND Veterinary Center and trust them completely with both our dog and our cat. Every vet there has been wonderful, but we especially see Dr. Cito most of the time and can’t say enough good things about him. He truly takes the time to care for both the pets and their owners. He goes out of his way to call and personally discuss any questions or concerns and helps walk through a plan whenever something comes up with our pets. That level of care means so much.
