We needed grab bars installed in tiled bathroom. Tru Blue got us immediately on their schedule. Very responsive. Jim came out and clearly explained what he was going to do. Bars look great - he couldn’t find the studs, but had the materials to securely fasten to the tile. Very pleased with the work. Will call them again.

I franchise with then in 2015 I give then $15,000.00 suppost they give me the area of Northern Kentucky, Florence KY that never happen they got all my money never back to me, no customers until this day, so bad experience.

Avoid at all costs! I hate leaving this, but I have no choice. Shoddy workmanship. Empty promises. My money was taken and I was told issues would be taken care of. They were not. This is a BAD BAD BAD operation.

NEGATIVE STARS!! Shady, unprofessional, unprepared. That sums up my experience with a small drywall job they “completed” for me. After a basement flood I took bids for drywall replacement and painting. I went with Trublue because I’ve seen their trucks in Mason and thought that since I’ve seen so many that they must be doing really good work. Well what a complete cluster. They promptly came out and bid the job. I accepted the bid and waited....and waited for a response until I finally reached back out to them only to be told... read more
