Very friendly and efficient office staff. Techs contacted me and arrived at the time estimated when I scheduled the work. They were courteous, talked me through the work that needed to be done, provided updates and explained the billing. Excellent service all around.
They were quick, informative, and knowledgeable. They were able to cap off the no longer used wires so I could remove them confidently during an upcoming remodel.
My experience was AWESOME! They were on time, kind, & did not rush! I had 2 very difficult ceiling chandeliers put up & 1 with a ceiling fan with GLAMattachments and that unit is solid as a rock! Even at high speed those GEMS are not swaying! I will be calling them for all my electrical work because Steven & FinnyDEFINITELY know there craft. In other words they did not sleep in class! Kudos to this team!!! And a solid 5 STAR!
The team at TruBlu Electric are truly on another level of customer service and client satisfaction. They would do anything and I do mean anything to get the job done and they do an excellent job. I cannot praise them enough, Shellee honors her word which is a rare thing now days.
