I am a custom integrator who designs and implements high end custom systems for our clients. Recently one of our clients purchased a home built in 2019. We went in there to update/change a few things to suit their needs. We discovered a TruAudio subwoofer amp had gone bad. Went to the website to check warranty eligibility.
