My experience when I visited the office TruAlly was a great experience staring with the amazing welcoming from the front desk staff to the time to been seeing by the Dr was very smooth and very pleasant I will recommend them to the max they make you feel so comfortable I will continue my care under their care
I really like the people in this office (providers, office staff, etc.). They are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. However, in my experience (3 office visits and 3 telehealth visits between me and my sister), they are always behind by at least 30 minutes (if not more), even if you have an appointment. For my most recent annual visit, they almost didn't have time to do my bloodwork, even though I had arrived on time and was waiting for at least 30 minutes. I want to add that I, reluctantly, came back here to get some tests done on a condition that was bothering me via their internal Labcorp. I specifically called and requested ONE TEST to be ordered. The first red flag was them pretending they were doing me a favor since I haven't come in since my physical in March. They wanted to see me to charge me, nothing more.
