The place looks nice, but I don’t pay for interior , I need good result of the service and unfortunately a few days after I could admit it’s disappointing. My eyelashes lamination didn’t work, they mostly stayed straight. It’s hard to take pic, but believe me I know how good lamí looks like on myself. The eyebrows lamination worked good though, that’s a relief. The tinting color wasn’t the best choice. I admire an owner who runs such business and wish her prosperity, but sorry, will not support it with my money.
I'll start off by saying that the treatment I received was wonderful. However, I have to say I was a bit shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. My treatment started 30 min late and yet was still chatting with her friend. I almost left. I'm happy I stayed because my face looks great - she's really great at what she does. I just need far better customer service and care.
Celeste is so funny and my skin has never looked or felt better! Top notch facial. I will definitely be back!
I had my first facial here yesterday using Class Pass. CeeCee was a riot. Love her personal style (as reflected in the space) and we have so much in common; our visiting was great! Most importantly, she took great care with my facial as I explained it’s sensitive and wildly reactive. She would add products and do things briefly and then wait to see how my skin reacted and how I felt. It was so lovely of her.
