He arrived 3 hours later with all the parts to install. I had several questions that he answered in great detail during the installation and gave me suggestions on preventative maintenance. On September 5, John and his assistant came out on the same day I requested help with a leaking intake valve in the basement. He was very quick and had already diagnosed the problem correctly based on photos I’d sent. In the end he just had to tighten a nut and refused to take payment for his time! I insisted that they take a bit for lunch and will definitely call Tru-view plumbing when we have to replace the whole unit and for other plumbing expertise. Support your local businesses!
