I had a great experience with Tru View and especially with John, who did the installation. John was fantastic — friendly, professional, quick, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience that much better. John and his team were fantastic! We had an issue with our toilet and John repaired it. We were relived as we had anticipated a full replacement. They were polite, professional and we will definitely use them again! Happy to recommend them!!

I was referred to Tru-view by my sister. I called this company with a bit of an emergency because I had turned off my water for the weekend. They made a suggestion where I could turn my water back on until they arrived on Monday. John was here today and did such a great job and such a reasonable price. Highly professional customer service! The plumber was prompt, polite, and gave me great advice regarding my outdoor water connections. He was very honest throughout the visit and truly cared about doing right by the customer. I'm very impressed and will definitely call them again
