I have had issues with my furnace for several years. Last year we put in a pellet stove since my furnace was so unreliable and I didn’t want to pay another million dollars to fix the furnace. Great service. I called for emergency service when my boiler suddenly stopped working. From the initial phone call to completion was under an hour! The technician also showed us what another technician was supposed to find during annual maintenance which led to the boiler failure. Tru-temp also did not try to upsell me either with high pressure tactics like the company we had before.

Josh was referred to me by a friend and i' am extremely happy with his work. He is very respectful and professional. He was out at my house with in a day of me calling, had a quote a couple days later. He had the whole central air system ordered and installed a week later. He even fixed a couple small issues with my furnace while he was there. Very pleased with the whole process. Will recommend him anytime. Thanks Josh!

Josh responded to our heating issue immediately, he offered us some suggestions to get our furnace up and running even before coming out to help us. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, response and excellent repair work on our furnace. He had our heat working in less than an hr from arriving. Thank you Josh!!!
