Lack of Customer Service. No regard for the needs and requirements of current customers. I'd advise to look at other options.
It was great when it was Tru Tech. As soon as Resonetics got involved and they hired Jim, it went to hell.
Does anybody know on Easter do you work Sunday night to Monday morning or do you come back in Monday night
Great place to work especially if you need to work extra hours. Seems like they always have a way to earn bonus money too.
