We have older carpets and I had pretty low expectations as to the outcome of cleaning them. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised...they look great! We also had our tile floors steam cleaned and they look brand new! Our technician Brian did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took pride in his work and it was obviously important to him that we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend Tru-Steam!
Michelle B. was terrific! She did our area rugs, rugs and also oriental rugs. Also our couch and four chairs. Everything looked great and it was reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Tru-Steam for all future needs.
