My white sofa & a chair needs cleaning but has not been cleaned before. Stephanie with TruSteam Carpet & Upholstery was very professional as we exchanged emails, texts & phone calls to find tags on the bottom of the furniture & under cushions to determine if it could be steam cleaned. Unfortunately it could not be water cleaned but Stephanie’s pleasant & helpful attitude made this a positive experience. Terry
The company is so amazing! Have been using them for years for multiple homes. They clean my carpets and sofas and they always look brand new. Prices are fair too. They are a must if you have pets. Thank you all!!
