I had an extremely painful cyst I wanted injected and the PA suggested leaving it so I tried. I waited a week and came back wanting it injected at this point it was bigger and more inflamed and looks infected so painful!!! Both times I saw her she failed to see it had turned into staph or was staph the entire time (because she wouldn’t look at it or me) so I suffered for another week until someone in my family in the medical field told me it was definitely staph. Every single person I interacted with was stellar. The receptionist, nurse, PA-C, and even the woman shadowing! Kind, straight to the point, and made me feel comfortable.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Nicole Petro. She was rushing the entire time she walked in and even gave a "look" to the nurse when I was asking to many questions. I felt disrespected as a patient and my time to be there. I will never go back

I have been trying to be patient with this office but at one point their treatment turns neglectful and unprofessional. Chose this place because of location and convenience. But I’d rather drive far than come here. Several times I waited over an hour past my appointments’ time. Have also been continuously ignored by this office when I have left countless messages regarding medication. I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I was referred by my pediatrician— who is in the same building— to bring my 9 month old daughter who has eczema. I arrived 15 minutes early like I was told to, but we ended up waiting in the waiting room for over an hour past the appointment time.
