Firstly let me say Dr. Raval is an amazing primary care doctor and I've never had a bad experience with her. The issue I'm having is with the staff. I have been trying to get a new prescription sent for days. I have sent multiple messages through the portal and called the number associated with the location and had them also send messages. Yesterday I received a call from TruHealth asking which pharmacy I wanted the new prescription sent to. It has been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting.
The staff at this location were absolutely fantastic! Jung Kim, Shawnta and Stephani were extremely professional, kind and funny! If you’re anything like me and get anxiety when going to any type of Doctor’s office then you understand how refreshing it is to find a friendly staff with patience and compassion. This facility is lucky to have these three amazing women representing this location! Thanks for everything I appreciate you all more than you know!
Bria was so kind, and funny as my husband and I both were in her care for flu-like symptoms. Gave us multiple tests to ensure we were not infectious. We were both walk-ins, and seen quickly.
