Based on a recommendation from an online neighborhood Facebook page, I called Tru Plumbing at 8:30am. I needed to have a leaky/broken kitchen faucet replaced quickly. By 9:15 Mike called me back. By 10:15 I had purchased a new faucet from Home Depot, and by 11:15 he was in my kitchen replacing the faucet. Its understandable that a plumber is not always available so quickly - some jobs are larger and booked in advance; but that he replied to my call within an hour is what sets Mike apart. I have used many plumbers over the years. I am happiest with Mike from TruPlumbing. He is responsive, and the work he has done has been excellent. He installed a new water heater for us in July, and just repaired our heat. He also cleared a shower drain that had been running slow for years (I had other plumbers look at it, but they never cleared it).
