Tru Performance and Rehab completely transformed my joint flexibility and strength. At Tru Permforance and Rehab I have seen Kinjal, Modi and Anisa and the service was top tier. There is nothing that I can think of that anyone can improve on. Last week I had an appointment at TruPerformance . It is and always has been a great experience. I particularly love how their practitioners and staff take the time to listen to you. In the last 30 years I have been to many clinics and gyms. They pale in comparison to TruPerformance who’s model is to put the client first. Two years ago now I snapped a quick photo of an ad on the side of the road, not knowing this place would become my home away from home! My progress on both mental and physical health can be credited to the incredible instructors and practitioners here (shouts out to Sabrina, Nick and Sylvia!). From exercise to massage to yoga, I love having a one-stop shop in such a convenient location with the friendliest community!
