Jack, the owner, made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I called last week and we planned a date to get my solar panels installed. We ran into some complications with the dimensions I have chosen but the guys there. Jacob and Jack were very informative and were able to come up with a solution I was happy with. Overall a very good experience, happy with the price and very happy with the results.
We are planning to leave on a month long trip to Newfoundland next week. We had thought about a power supply for our camping trailer when off-grid and a backup for home use when not away, at the last minute decided to go ahead and purchase a Delta 2 with 220 Solar panels. I contacted Eco flow.com by phone to see about paying for faster shipping but their answer was we only do the free standard shipping and could not arrange for faster. I had purchased a 100ah Dakota Lithium and a charger to go with it from Tru Off Grid at the sportsman show this year. I was very happy with the competitive price point, as well as the customer service that they provided me both at the point of purchase and afterwards. As it happens, I had some troubleshooting to do some time after the purchase. The staff took very good care of me and helped me get back on the water as quickly as they could. Got a great deal, there was same issues with shipping but it of their control. Jack stepped in and tried to work with the courier to get the package delivered. Highly recommend
