Outstanding Solar Installation Experience I couldn't be happier with my solar and battery backup installation from TRU Off Grid! Jack, the owner, made the entire process seamless from start to finish. System Details: We installed a 10.68 kW solar system using 24 Longi 445-watt panels paired with a 20kW EP Cube battery backup system in our garage, running on dual 7.5kW inverters. I called last week and we planned a date to get my solar panels installed. We ran into some complications with the dimensions I have chosen but the guys there. Jacob and Jack were very informative and were able to come up with a solution I was happy with. Overall a very good experience, happy with the price and very happy with the results.

One BiG thank you to Jacob, I was in a pickle in buying a backup battery for my subpump, I had no clue what battery i needed my wife was telling me, a big storm was coming sept 2 2026, if there was a power outage, i would have a flooded basement,. I drove forty minutes to meet Jacob. At TRU off grid. Thank God for Jacob , he guided me to the right battery.
