I have an indoor wheelchair I have had for almost ten years that was falling apart. I was told by other mobility vendors that it would be over $1000 to replace all the parts it needed. The repair guys from Tru Motion came to my house and tightened a few screws and fixed a spring, and my chair is as good as new! Very honest and competent!
They wouldn't honor the warranty on the wheelchair that I paid cash for because my tires were dirty
Leigh Ann and the rest of the staff there are incredible. They are extremely caring and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. I highly recommend them.
We are from out of town and needed a wheel chair while staying in Little Rock following my wife's surgery. They delivered the wheel chair to our hotel room the same day we called. The equipment was in pristine condition and their service was unmatched. Thank you for one less thing we had to be concerned about during our stay in Arkansas.
