Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Hassle free experience. I was introduced to TRU's online mental health program when my therapist Molly H. transferred to the company. I have had a positive experience with all of the staff that I have worked with for intake, scheduling, billing, etc., including another therapist that I worked with while Molly was out for a period of time. The virtual experience makes it easy to attend scheduled appointments and eliminates several barriers that can affect access to care.
I've been receiving Spravato treatments and seeing a therapist at Tru for a few months now. They have a very kind, helpful and genuine staff. They have a very clean and welcoming space. The Spravato I've been receiving at Tru Wellness has definitely been helping relieve my life long treatment resistant depression. Thank you TRU Wellness!
