I worked there and had service from them jus throw them away
Absolutely terrible. Showed up for first application(honestly can’t tell what they did) and they didn’t show up again. So basically they will start a monthly treatment program, maybe pick it back up a few months later and act if nothings wrong. This is akin to being prescribed to a daily life saving drug but only taking it every few days.
I wouldn’t recommend this company because they didn’t do a good job with my lawn, very dissatisfied.
I am unsatisfied with the lack of communication and no notice unscheduling. I was supposed to receive treatment last month, no call, no notice, no response at all. I called to discuss and the customer service rep was polite although her computer would not work properly, so this was a little annoying. On other times, I have been company rescheduled because the driver was out of spray, and another time because the driver went to the wrong house and did someone else's lawn because he couldn't locate my house???
